Capita - Telefonica

On July 1st 2013 over 3,000 Telefonica employees working in the O2 call centres at Glasgow, Bury, Preston Brook and Leeds - as part of the Voice Transformation programme -transferred to Capita as part of a £1.2bn 10-year contract with O2 which represents the single largest private sector contract in British business. 

This is an extension of a partnership between Telefonica and Capita that already exists as they already have a call centre in the Dearne Valley. 

Capita are one of the largest and fastest growing providers of integrated professional support and services in the UK.
