The Branch represents Manpower & Kelly Services members in both BT and O2. We try to maintain a positive working relationship with Agency Employers in both businesses and we continue to meet them on issues of major importance to our agency members. 

It continues to be the stated aim of the Branch and of the Union nationally to significantly reduce the number of agency and to have staff converted to permanent BT/O2 contracts.
